Pilasters designed specifically for you
We manufacture kitchen pilasters in any timber, size and style to complement your cabinetry designs. Our standard range are manufactured in the styles shown and are available in lengths of 900, 1250 and 2150mm. All 2150mm pilasters are joined in the middle with a dowel for structural integrity. This standard range is available in 65 x 65mm, 70 x 70mm, 80 x 80mm, 90 x 90mm and 95 x 95mm cross-sections. All our pilasters are supplied unfinished but sanded to 150 grit finish, ready for your finishing process. Bespoke pilasters and other specialist turnings can also be made, such as table legs or other decorative turnings. All turnings are made on a 5 axis CNC lathe which turns, sands and mills in the one operation, ensuring precision and consistency.
Our range includes the following types of wood: Oak, Poplar, Ash, Walnut, HDF, Beech, Maple, Mahogany. These can also be supplied in a clear lacquer finish or supplied unfinished but sanded to professional standards.
