In-Frame Doors
We manufacture kitchen and bedroom doors in any bespoke size and configuration to suit our clients. All our doors are made to order, on an order by order basis. We cater for all sizes including bespoke sizes and we manufacture each door to suit our customer needs. Consequently, each door order can be made in any thickness from 20mm to 30mm, in any width stile required and in any profile from our range. If we don’t have a profile to match – then we can purchase one to suit.
With In-frame doors, the frames can be made in a different thickness to the doors, the frames can be beaded or bevelled, and all appliance doors can be integrated with the frame. If a grained effect is required, then we normally use Ash timber, for smooth finishes we usually use Tulipwood. All our doors and frames are finished using drum sanders and then finished on a 3 Stage brush sander giving a fine finish to all areas including profiles. We also use edge sanding machines to give a superior finish to the edges of all the doors.
